High-capacity woman in trauma-informed small-group coaching intensive

Trauma-Informed Coaching Intensives for High-Capacity Women

You’re not “too sensitive” and you’re not failing at boundaries. You’re carrying too much responsibility for too long.

This work is for women who are done overfunctioning—and ready to rebuild self-trust without shrinking their ambition.

What Sets This Apart

This is small-group intensives with trauma-informed coaching for high-capacity women who are done overfunctioning—grounded in 25+ years of clinical trauma expertise, without the wellness clichés.

We don’t “talk about boundaries.” We change the patterns underneath them: the over-responsibility, hypervigilance, and automatic yeses that keep you exhausted—even when your life looks fine on paper.

This isn’t about “trying harder” or collecting more tools. It’s about identifying the patterns underneath overfunctioning—why you carry too much, stay hyper-responsible, and lose access to rest—and changing them in a way that actually holds under pressure.

These are small-group intensives capped at 6 women, because depth requires trust and precision. You’ll get high-trust support, direct guidance and feedback, psychologically sophisticated insight, and practical implementation so the change actually holds in real relationships, real work, and real pressure.

This is a level of depth that’s hard to reach in bigger groups—so you can rebuild self-trust, set cleaner boundaries, and create lasting change without becoming colder, smaller, or less capable.

WHAT WE’RE ACTUALLY WORKING ON

This isn’t about becoming less caring. It’s about becoming less compulsively responsible.

Common patterns we address:

  • boundary patterns that collapse under pressure

  • overfunctioning (doing what isn’t yours to do)

  • guilt-driven yeses and resentful follow-through

  • chronic hypervigilance and “always on” readiness

  • self-abandonment disguised as competence

  • relationship dynamics that depend on you staying overextended

THE OUTCOME

You leave with:

  • cleaner internal “yes/no” decisions you can keep

  • boundaries that don’t require anger to enforce

  • more capacity in your body, not just in your calendar

  • self-trust that shows up in relationships, leadership, and money

  • a steadier nervous system—without becoming cold or detached

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if you’re the one people rely on—and it’s costing you.

You might be:

  • accomplished, capable, and privately exhausted

  • the emotional “container” for everyone else

  • high-achieving with a boundary pattern that keeps collapsing

  • craving clarity, desire, and steadiness again—not another mindset hack

Small-group coaching intensive for high-capacity women — application-based cohort

HOW IT WORKS

(APPLICATION-BASED BY DESIGN)

These intensives are not open enrollment. The container matters. This intensive is intentionally small and application-based to protect the quality of the work—not to create hype. We are application based because:

To protect emotional safety and group integrity

When the group is carefully curated, the room stays grounded, confidential, and respectful. You’re not asked to “perform” vulnerability or manage other people’s chaos—and neither is anyone else.

To ensure it matches your current capacity & goals

The application helps confirm this is the right level of depth and support for what you’re navigating right now. If the fit isn’t clean, I’ll tell you directly and point you toward a safer next step.

To keep it focused, high-touch, and high-trust

With no more than 6 women, you’re seen. You get real coaching time, direct feedback, and a container that can hold nuance—so you leave with changes that actually stick in real life.

Choose Your Intensive

(Small Group, High-Touch)

These are trauma-informed small-group coaching intensives for high-capacity women, capped at 6 women.

Boundaries Breakthrough trauma-informed coaching intensive for women

For women who are competent, reliable, and exhausted—and who are done negotiating with their own limits.

This is where we stop “talking about boundaries” and start building the mechanics:

  • clear limits you can hold without overexplaining

  • language that works in real conversations

  • follow-through that doesn’t collapse when someone is disappointed

Boundaries Breakthrough Intensive

Best for you if: you keep doing more than your share, then resent everyone—including yourself.

Wild and Wise midlife reset coaching intensive for women

For the season where what used to work… doesn’t. You’re not falling apart. You’re outgrowing an old operating system.

This intensive is about recalibration—without performative reinvention:

  • identity shifts (without panic)

  • desire, direction, and values that feel true again

  • boundaries that match who you are now—not who you had to be

Wild & Wise: The Midlife Reset Intensive

Best for you if: you’re in a midlife expansion moment and you want clarity that’s grounded, not impulsive.

Resilience and Reclamation trauma-informed coaching intensive

For women who are high-functioning on the outside and managing a lot internally—reactivity, triggers, old relational patterns, or the constant sense of bracing.

This is the deepest stabilization container:

  • regulation that works under pressure (not just in calm moments)

  • less reactivity, more choice

  • self-trust built through consistent, supported implementation

Resilience & Reclamation Intensive

Best for you if: you’re tired of white-knuckling your way through your own nervous system.

Each intensive includes:

  • 4-day live virtual intensive (fully facilitated by me)

  • Digital curriculum access for the life of the cohort (because repetition is how change holds)

  • 6 weekly implementation group meetings (virtual, facilitated by me)

  • 3 private 60-minute coaching sessions per participant during implementation (every other week)

Frequently Asked Questions About the Coaching Intensives

What is a small group coaching intensive?

1

A small group coaching intensive is a cohort of six women, application-based, with a four-day live virtual intensive, six weekly implementation meetings, and three private coaching sessions per participant during implementation. The container is small on purpose — depth requires trust, and trust requires precision.

How is this different from therapy?

2

This is coaching, not therapy. We work on patterns, behaviors, and capacity-building — not diagnosis, treatment, or clinical issues. Coaching is grounded in twenty-five years of clinical trauma specialization, but the work is educational and developmental in nature.

How is this different from a course or membership?

3

Courses and memberships scale by adding bodies. These intensives scale by removing them. Six women, deeply supported, in a curated container — not two hundred women in a Slack channel.

How do I know which intensive is right for me?

4

The application includes a fit conversation. If Boundaries Breakthrough, Wild & Wise, or Resilience & Reclamation is the wrong starting point, I will tell you directly and recommend the right one — or recommend you wait.

Why are the intensives application-based?

5

To protect the integrity of the room. With only six women in each cohort, every person matters to the container. The application ensures the work, the timing, and the group are right for you.
