The woman you were doesn’t fit anymore. This is the room where you meet the one you’re becoming.
WILD & WISE: MIDLIFE SHIFT
A small, application-only intensive for women in the middle of a midlife identity reorganization — three days live, six weeks of guided implementation, led personally by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years in the room.
This isn’t burnout recovery. It’s the deeper work underneath it: who am I, if I’m not her anymore?
6 seats only · Application reviewed personally by Courtenay · No sales call, no pressure
Next cohort: Wild & Wise — Jul 24–26
Applications close June 18, 2026 — or when the sixth seat fills, whichever comes first. Because the container is capped at six, seats go to fit, not to whoever clicks fastest. The earlier you apply, the more of the cohort is still open.
2026 Wild & Wise Intensive* Cohort Dates:
August 7-9
September 18-20
*other session may be added before October 9, 2026.
You’ve been told this is burnout. That’s not the whole story.
You’ve been told it’s perimenopause. Empty nest. Your marriage. Your career. That you just need a vacation. Some of that’s true. None of it is the whole story.
Here’s what’s actually happening:
❋ You’re grieving versions of yourself, versions of your life, and futures you assumed you’d have — and most people around you don’t have the language for that grief.
❋ The identity you built between 25 and 45 no longer fits the next thirty years — and you feel that in your body before you can put words to it.
❋ The roles that earned you love and belonging — the caretaker, the fixer, the one who holds it together — are the same roles you now quietly resent. And you don’t know who you are without them.
❋ You don’t want to “go back to normal.” You want something you can’t name yet — and the not-knowing is its own kind of agony.
Why this isn’t burnout work
If you’ve done boundaries work, nervous-system work, or a burnout program — including mine — and you’re still asking “but who am I now?” — that’s the signal you’re ready for this.
Burnout / Boundaries Work
Stops the bleeding
Teaches you to say no
Recovers the woman you were
Regulates your nervous system in your current life
Wild & Wise Identity Work
Asks what you actually want your life to be
Asks what you’re finally ready to say yes to
Builds the woman you haven’t been yet
Asks if your current life is the one you want to be regulated inside of
You can’t boundary your way into a new identity. You have to face the old one.
Who you’re becoming
There’s a woman on the other side of this.
She’s not a better-rested version of who you used to be. She’s someone new — and somehow more like you than you’ve felt in twenty years.
She knows what she wants and what she’s done with. She’s renegotiated — or ended — the relationships that required her disappearance. Her relationship with her body is honest, not punishing. She has desire again. She has a voice she actually uses.
She’s wild in that she won’t be tamed back into the old shape. She’s wise in that she’s stopped pretending she doesn’t know what she knows.
Wild & Wise is where she gets named, claimed, and brought home.
What you get
Day 1 (Friday) — Who You’ve Been: the roles, the inherited scripts, the version of you that got you here. A before-and-after map of your own life.
Day 2 (Saturday) — What’s Underneath: trauma patterns, spiritual wounds, conditioning — the places identity got built around survival instead of self.
Day 3 (Sunday) — Who You’re Becoming: desire, voice, the unapologetic list. The first real decisions about what you keep, what you grieve, and what you build.
Phase 1 — The 3-Day Live Virtual Intensive
Phase 2 — Six Weeks of Small-Group Implementation
Because identity doesn’t reorganize in three days. It reorganizes in the weeks you go home and start living differently.
Weekly small-group sessions with the same six women, led by Courtenay — about nine hours of live group work for real-time application, witnessing, and the rehearsal of who you’re becoming.
Three private 1:1 sessions with Courtenay during the implementation window — for the parts of your story that need to be worked one-on-one.
Lifetime access to the full curriculum — you’ll return to it every time your life shifts again.
The Curriculum: The Architecture of an Identity Reorganization
Twelve modules, walked in sequence.
Normalizing the transition
Dismantling the myth of who you were supposed to be
Somatic alliance with your changing body
Relational integrity
The taboo emotions — anger, grief, the truths women aren’t supposed to say
Resilient levity
Reclaiming desire
Identity beyond roles
The radical act of rest
Unshakeable self-trust
Self-leadership foundations
Sovereign living
This isn’t a workbook. It’s the scaffolding you build a new self on.
Is this your room?
Apply if:
You’re a woman in your 40s, 50s, or 60s in the middle of a midlife identity reorganization — and you know that’s what it is, even if no one in your life has the words for it.
“Who am I now?” is the loudest question in your life right now.
You’ve done some work — therapy, coaching, books — and you can feel the next layer isn’t more strategies. It’s deep implementation.
You’re willing to grieve versions of yourself you’ve outgrown.
You want a small, brave, clinically held room to do this in — and you can invest in yourself at this level.
This is for the woman who knows something is deeply shifting. This is for the woman ready to meet the one she hasn’t been yet.
Meet Courtenay
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years in the room with women — first as a psychotherapist specializing in sexual and spiritual trauma, now as a Senior Master Coach.
I created Wild & Wise because the midlife identity shift and physiological reorganization is one of the most under-supported transitions in a woman’s life. The therapy you did in your 30s wasn’t built for it. The boundaries work, the burnout work, the optimization work — none of it answers the deeper question. This needs a specific kind of room: small, brave, clinically grounded, and unafraid of the size of what you’re moving through.
I created this because of my personal idenity shifts over the years and the support I’ve given women.
I am not soft. I am not harsh. I’m the friend who tells you the truth, kindly and without apology — with the clinical training to make sure the room is safe enough for you to hear it.
I survived specific things and built a map. That map is in this program.
The Investment
A small, application-only container. Three days live. Six weeks of small-group implementation. Three private sessions. Lifetime curriculum access. Direct access to me.
Comparable 1:1 trauma-informed coaching with a 25-year LCSW: $300–$500 per session. A boutique midlife retreat led by a non-clinician runs $3,000–$8,000 for a long weekend with no support after you walk out the door.
Wild & Wise includes three days of live intensive work, six weeks of weekly small-group implementation, three private 1:1 sessions with me, and lifetime curriculum access — for less than the cost of a year of weekly therapy that wasn't designed for where you are right now.
Pay in Full (best value)
$7,500
2-Pay Plan

6-Pay Plan

The Becoming Guarantee
If you show up to every session and do the work — and you don't feel a meaningful shift in how you understand who you're becoming — I will give you a complimentary 90-minute 1:1 integration session at no additional cost. Your full participation is all I ask in return.
The first payment reserves your seat — after we’ve confirmed you’re a fit. Applying costs nothing but honesty.
Applications reviewed personally. No high-pressure sales call. If we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you — and point you somewhere that is.

FAQ
-
No. Burnout is one symptom of a bigger shift — the identity you’ve been carrying is collapsing, and no amount of rest resolves a structural identity change. Wild & Wise is for women who have already figured out that sleep alone won’t fix it.
-
No. Courtenay Collins is a psychotherapist turned trauma-informed coach. This program is educational and coaching-based, not therapy or a substitute for psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. You get 25 years of clinical depth applied through a coaching container — built for the woman who is functional and reckoning, not in crisis.
-
That’s the right starting point. This program isn’t for women who already have the answer — it’s for women willing to stop performing the old one long enough for a real one to emerge.
-
Six seats, and heavy material. The application protects the room — for you and for the five women beside you. It takes about five minutes and there’s no obligation.
-
There are a lot of programs that you could sign up for. Coaching programs with 100’s, sometimes 1000’s of people in them. And that container can be effective. However, it’s impersonal, can be overwhelming and some people slip through the cracks and don’t get what they needed. That’s not the structure here.
One last thing
You can keep waiting for clarity to arrive on its own. You can keep telling yourself this is a phase. You can keep treating an identity reorganization like a scheduling problem.
Or you can walk into the room built for exactly this.
