These are small-group intensives capped at 6 women, because depth requires trust and precision. You’ll get high-trust support, direct guidance and feedback, psychologically sophisticated insight, and practical implementation so the change actually holds in real relationships, real work, and real pressure.

These intensives are not open enrollment. The container matters. This intensive is intentionally small and application-based to protect the quality of the work—not to create hype. We are application based because:

Boundaries Breakthrough Intensive

This intensive is about recalibration—without performative reinvention:

Wild & Wise: The Midlife Reset Intensive
Best for you if: you’re in a midlife expansion moment and you want clarity that’s grounded, not impulsive.
For women who are high-functioning on the outside and managing a lot internally—reactivity, triggers, old relational patterns, or the constant sense of bracing.
This is the deepest stabilization container:

Resilience & Reclamation Intensive

Each intensive includes:
4-day live virtual intensive (fully facilitated by me)
Digital curriculum access for the life of the cohort (because repetition is how change holds)
6 weekly implementation group meetings (virtual, facilitated by me)
3 private 60-minute coaching sessions per participant during implementation (every other week)
