RESILIENCE & RECLAMATION
3-Day Virtual Intensive + 6-Week Integration
You survived.
Now it's time to reclaim.
For women who have done the therapy, named the trauma, and still feel like their body belongs to something that already ended. This is the work that comes next.
Application-only. Six seats per cohort. Reviewed personally by Courtenay.
THE PART NO ONE TALKS ABOUT
You're not broken. You're still in protection mode.
You went to therapy. Maybe for years. You read the books, you did the work, you understand what happened to you. And some things shifted. You're more functional. You can talk about it now without falling apart.
But something is still off.
"I know I'm safe now. My body still doesn't believe it."
"I can't stand to be touched without warning — even by people I trust."
"I say yes when I mean no. I have no idea when that became automatic."
"I keep ending up in the same dynamics. I see the pattern and I still can't stop it."
"I feel numb where I used to feel things."
This isn't a failure of willpower or therapy. Trauma doesn't live in your story — it lives in your body. You can understand what happened a thousand times over and your nervous system will still scan for the threat that isn't there anymore.
Traditional therapy gives you language and narrative. What it often doesn't give you is the felt sense of safety in your own body — the physiological reset that tells your nervous system: the threat is over. You can come home.
Resilience & Reclamation is that reset.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This isn't more talk therapy.
If you've already done significant therapeutic work and you're still bumping into the same walls, the issue usually isn't that you need to understand more. It's that your body hasn't caught up to what your mind already knows.
This program is built on somatic principles: titration (small, manageable doses of what's hard), pendulation (moving between activation and safety), and pacing (your nervous system leading the timeline, not a curriculum schedule). Courtenay brings 25 years of clinical expertise to hold this container — with real boundaries, real warmth, and zero tolerance for forcing the work before you're ready.

-
Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Roughly 15 hours of live, carefully paced work.
This is not a webinar. It's the room where the nervous system work actually happens — with grounding built into every session, choice at every step, and Courtenay tracking the group in real time.Day 1 is stabilization and safety.
Day 2 is autonomy repair — reclaiming your right to say no, yes, and ask.
Day 3 is triggers, relationship patterns, and the tools to respond differently in real time.
You leave with a Reclamation Plan for the six weeks ahead.
No graphic trauma processing. Time-out always available. Somatic pacing throughout. -
Weekly 90-minute sessions with the same six women.
Real-time application of what shifted in the intensive, witnessing each other's reclamation, and the ongoing relational rehearsal of being someone who takes up space.
Each week has a focus: stabilization, nervous system patterns, consent language, relationship repair, building a new relational ecosystem, and — in Week 6 — your Personal Manifesto and Relapse Prevention Plan.
9 hours group support. Same cohort all six weeks . Courtenay-led every session.
-
Embedded throughout the integration period — not bolted on.
Session 1 (Week 2): builds your individualized safety plan.
Session 2 (Week 4): intimacy and relationship rebuilding at your pace.
Session 3 (Week 6): consolidates your integration and designs what comes next.
60 minutes each. Weeks 2, 4, and 6. Fully individualized.
-
Digital sessions and all tools — yours for the life of the program.
Grounding toolkit, trigger response cards, consent scripts, reclamation plan, personal manifesto. Come back to them when life shifts again.

THE RIGHT ROOM
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
This program is for women who have survived sexual assault, domestic violence, coercion, or sustained violation of their safety. Most participants have already done significant therapeutic work. They're functional. They're not in acute crisis. They're ready for the next layer.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You've survived sexual assault, domestic violence, coercion, or sustained emotional violation
You've done therapeutic work and you're hitting a wall that more talking isn't breaking through
Your nervous system still responds like the threatis present, even when you know rationally it isn't
You keep ending up in relationship dynamics that echo the original wound— and you're ready to understand why
You want your body back. Not just to function in it, but to feel at home in it
You can invest at this level and you're ready to be witnessed in a small, brave room
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You are currently in acute crisis or require clinical psychiatric care — this program is coaching-based, not therapy
You want to process a detailed trauma narrative — this work is somatic and skills-based, not narration-focused
You're looking for scripts and strategies without doing the nervous system work underneath them
WHAT WOMEN SAY
"I finally feel like I live in my own body again."
"I'd been in therapy for eight years. I understood everything about what happened to me. But I still flinched. Still went numb. Still said yes when every cell in me was screaming no. This work did what years of talking couldn't."
— SM, Founder\Owner, 47"Courtenay doesn't let you bypass the hard stuff. But she also doesn't leave you there. The container she holds is unlike anything I've experienced — safe enough to go to the places I'd been avoiding for twenty years."
— TR, Nurse Manager, 52"I came in numb and left angry. In the best possible way. The anger was proof I was coming back to myself. I have my body, myself back. I didn't think that was possible."
— APK, Exec. Director, 57Identifying details are redacted as a function of clinical ethics. The standards I held as an LCSW for 25 years don't disappear because I'm a coach now — and in this particular work, confidentiality isn't a footnote. It's the foundation of the container.

YOUR GUIDE
Courtenay Collins, LCSW
I am not soft. I am not harsh. I am honest. This room is built to hold what you bring to it.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker. 25 years in the room with women — first as a psychotherapist specializing in sexual and spiritual trauma, now as a Senior Master Coach.
I survived sexual assaults. Trauma that violates your bodily autonomy or body sovereignty is far reaching. Yet, we don’t acknowledge how far reaching it is. Long-term trauma recovery is important for continued healthy functioning.
I've done the reclamation work — not in theory, but in my actual body, over actual years. I know what it costs and what it takes. I know what the freeze response feels like from the inside. I know what it means to finally trust your own no.
I built this program because there is a specific kind of room required for this work — small, brave, clinically grounded, and unhurried. I have the clinical training to make sure the container is safe. And I have the personal history to make sure it's real.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
The questions I hear most.
"I've already done years of therapy. What makes this different?"
Most therapeutic work addresses the story. This work addresses the body. If you can articulate your trauma clearly but still freeze, still say yes when you mean no, still feel the old patterns running your decisions — that's the signal that the nervous system work hasn't fully happened yet. This program is built specifically for that gap.
"Is this going to make me relive what happened?"
No. This is not a trauma narrative program. We do not process the details of what happened to you. We work somatically — building capacity, tools, and safety in the present. You will not be asked to share anything you don't want to share. Opting out is always available, no explanation required.
"Is this therapy?"
No. Courtenay Collins is a psychotherapist turned trauma-informed coach. This program is educational and coaching-based, not therapy or a substitute for psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. What you get is 25 years of clinical depth applied through a coaching container — and a facilitator who knows the difference and holds it carefully.
"What if I'm too activated to participate?"
"Is the group format safe for this kind of work?"
Activation is part of the work — not a reason to stop it. The entire program is designed around titration and pacing. You will never be pushed to a place your nervous system isn't ready for. Camera off, stepping away, staying silent — all fine, always. The container holds you either way.
The six-seat cap exists specifically because this work is too tender for a large room. You will know everyone in the cohort from day one. The group is vetted — every application is reviewed personally. And being witnessed by women who understand what you're carrying, without needing to explain it, is not a risk. It's part of the medicine.
Your nervous system has been keeping you safe.
You're allowed to come home now.
Six seats. Application-only. Reviewed personally by Courtenay. The first payment reserves your seat.
No high-pressure sales call. If we're a fit, we'll talk.
